This is not a bath you simply sit in. You are spiritually bathed. Your ceremony begins with prayer and intention. Sacred herbs are chosen for your cleansing, prayed over, spoken over, and prepared specifically for the spiritual work you have come to receive. Fresh herbs, flowers, spiritual waters, and traditional cleansing elements are worked into the water by hand. Nothing is prepared casually. The herbs are prayed over. The water is prayed over. You are prayed over. During your ceremony, the herbal waters are intentionally poured and washed over the body as we work to cleanse away spiritual heaviness, stagnant energy, emotional residue, and what you may have picked up while moving through life. The herbs become part of the prayer. The water becomes part of the release. And your body becomes the place where you finally stop carrying it. This ceremony may be especially meaningful after grief, heartbreak, difficult relationships, major transitions, emotionally heavy seasons, spiritual exhaustion, or prolonged contact with environments that have left you feeling energetically weighed down.
