Terms & Conditions

Nurturing-Souls Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: September 22, 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of www.nurturing-souls.com and your purchase or participation in any class, service, ceremony, program, event, product, or other offering provided under the Nurturing-Souls name. Please read them before using the website or completing a purchase.
By accessing the website, submitting a booking, registering for a class, entering a payment plan, purchasing a product, or participating in an offering, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, the Refund, Cancellation, and Rescheduling Policy, and any additional informed-consent or program-specific agreement presented to you.

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms form an agreement between you and Nurturing-Souls, referred to in these Terms as “Nurturing-Souls,” “we,” “us,” or “our.” If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the website, complete a purchase, or participate in an offering.
Additional written terms may apply to a particular class, retreat, ceremony, payment plan, product, or program. When additional terms are presented before purchase or participation, those additional terms become part of this agreement. If there is a direct conflict, the more specific terms control for that offering.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into an agreement to make a purchase through the website. A parent or legal guardian must complete any authorized purchase or consent process for a participant under 18.
Hapé-related offerings are limited to adults age 21 or older. Government-issued photo identification may be required before participation. Nurturing-Souls may refuse participation when age, identity, consent, health-screening, safety, or legal requirements have not been satisfied.

3. Nature and Scope of Offerings
Nurturing-Souls provides spiritual, ceremonial, educational, energetic, grief-support, and complementary wellness offerings. Depending on the offering, these may include prayer, meditation, breathwork, Kemetic Reiki, spiritual readings, spiritual baths, sound practices, ritual work, group mentorship, spiritual education, rebozo-based ceremonial practices, death-doula support, and related forms of spiritual guidance.
Descriptions on the website explain the intended spiritual or educational focus of each offering. They are not promises that every participant will experience the same response or result.

4. Spiritual Wellness and Professional Services Disclaimer
Nurturing-Souls does not provide medical care, psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, diagnosis, nursing care, legal advice, financial advice, or emergency services. Offerings are not substitutes for care from a licensed physician, mental-health professional, attorney, financial professional, hospice provider, or other qualified professional.
Do not delay or discontinue professional treatment because of information received through Nurturing-Souls. If you have a medical or mental-health emergency, call 911 or contact an appropriate emergency service. If you are experiencing suicidal thoughts or an immediate mental-health crisis in the United States, call or text 988.
Spiritual readings and guidance are offered for spiritual reflection, personal insight, and educational purposes. You remain responsible for your own choices, actions, relationships, finances, health decisions, and use of any information received.

5. No Guaranteed Results
Spiritual and personal experiences differ. Nurturing-Souls does not guarantee any particular spiritual, emotional, physical, financial, relationship, fertility, employment, legal, or life outcome.
Statements describing release, cleansing, grounding, balance, restoration, protection, clarity, or similar experiences describe the spiritual intention of the work and are not guarantees of a measurable result.
Dissatisfaction with an outcome or the absence of a hoped-for result does not create a right to a refund.

6. Health Information, Consent, and Safety
You agree to provide complete and accurate information requested during booking, intake, screening, and consent. This includes relevant allergies, sensitivities, pregnancy or postpartum status, medications, physical limitations, medical conditions, mental-health concerns, and other information reasonably related to safe participation.
You are responsible for consulting an appropriate healthcare professional before participating when you have questions about whether an offering is suitable for you.
Nurturing-Souls may decline, pause, modify, or stop an offering when information is incomplete or when participation may be unsafe, inappropriate, unlawful, or outside the scope of the offering.
Participation is voluntary. You may decline or withdraw consent for touch or a ceremonial element at any time. Withdrawal of consent will be respected immediately. Time already reserved or services already provided remain subject to the Refund, Cancellation, and Rescheduling Policy.

7. Hapé-Related Offerings
Hapé-related offerings require separate screening and informed consent. Hapé is optional and may be omitted or discontinued at any time for consent, safety, or legal reasons.
Payment is for the reserved appointment time, spiritual guidance, preparation, and ceremonial facilitation, not for the purchase of a take-home product.
You must disclose information requested during screening and must not participate while intoxicated or impaired.
Nurturing-Souls may withhold or discontinue Hapé and may offer an appropriate non-Hapé alternative when necessary. Hapé is not shipped, sold for take-home use, or provided to anyone under age 21 through these offerings.

8. Hands-On and Ceremonial Services
Hands-on and ceremonial offerings may involve intentional touch, positioning, wrapping, the pouring or application of herbal water, sound, breathwork, or other practices described during intake.
The scope of touch, clothing or draping expectations, ingredients, privacy boundaries, and options to modify or decline participation should be addressed through a separate consent process before the service begins.
You agree to communicate allergies, sensitivities, mobility limitations, pregnancy, postpartum status, discomfort, or any request to modify or stop.
No intimate or sexual services are offered. Inappropriate or sexual conduct will result in immediate termination of the appointment without a refund.

9. Death Doula and End-of-Life Support
Death-doula and end-of-life offerings provide nonmedical emotional, spiritual, practical, and educational support.
They do not replace hospice, nursing, medical care, mental-health care, funeral-direction services, legal advice, estate planning, or emergency assistance. Clients and families remain responsible for engaging appropriately licensed professionals.

10. Booking, Prices, and Payment
Prices, durations, dates, locations, included items, and availability are displayed at the time of purchase and may change for future purchases.
A booking or registration is not confirmed until the required payment is successfully processed and you receive confirmation.
You authorize the selected payment provider to charge the amount shown at checkout, including any disclosed taxes, service fees, or installment payments. You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method and accurate billing information.
If an obvious pricing, description, or scheduling error occurs, Nurturing-Souls may correct the error before providing the offering. You will be given the option to accept the corrected terms or receive a refund of the amount collected for the affected purchase.

11. Final-Sale, Cancellation, and Rescheduling Terms
All Classes and Services
All class and service purchases are final and nonrefundable, except when a class or service is canceled by Nurturing-Souls.
Services
A service may be rescheduled one time when written notice is received at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. The rescheduled service must take place within 30 calendar days of the original appointment.
Requests received with less than 24 hours’ notice, missed appointments, and second reschedule requests result in forfeiture of the full payment. A new payment is required to book again.
Classes, Programs, and Events
Class, program, mentorship, workshop, and event registrations are final and nonrefundable.
A registration may not be transferred to another class, service, date, or participant unless Nurturing-Souls gives written approval.
Missing a session, arriving late, leaving early, withdrawing, or choosing not to complete an offering does not create a right to a refund, credit, replay, private make-up session, or transfer.
Recordings or replays are provided only when expressly included in the written description.
Late Arrivals and No-Shows
A 15-minute grace period applies to scheduled services. The service will still end at its originally scheduled time.
Arrival more than 15 minutes late may be treated as a missed appointment when there is not enough time to provide the service properly or safely.
Missed appointments and late cancellations are nonrefundable, and a new payment is required to rebook.
Emergencies
A genuine emergency may be reviewed individually. Nurturing-Souls may offer a one-time rescheduling credit at its discretion, but an exception is not guaranteed and does not change the general policy.
Cancellation or Rescheduling by Nurturing-Souls
If Nurturing-Souls cancels an offering, you may choose a refund of the amount collected by Nurturing-Souls for that offering or transfer the payment to another available date.
If Nurturing-Souls reschedules a class or event and you cannot attend the new date, you must request a refund within seven calendar days after receiving notice of the change.
Cancellation and rescheduling requests must be sent to womenwhothrive11@gmail.com. Social-media messages are not considered official notice.

12. Payment Plans
A payment plan is a commitment to the full listed price and is not a pay-as-you-go arrangement.
By selecting a payment plan, you authorize each scheduled installment. Missing sessions, withdrawing, or choosing not to complete the offering does not automatically cancel future installments.
If a payment fails, access to the offering or related materials may be paused until the account is brought current.
Any different cancellation right or payment schedule must be stated in a separate written agreement.

13. Virtual Offerings
You are responsible for confirming the date, Eastern Time start time unless another time zone is expressly stated, internet connection, device, privacy, Zoom access, camera, and sound before a virtual offering begins.
Do not share private meeting links or passwords.
Participant-side technology problems do not automatically create a right to a refund or make-up session. Nurturing-Souls may provide a courtesy reschedule at its discretion.
If a material technology failure on the Nurturing-Souls side prevents delivery, we will provide a replacement date, credit, or refund for the affected portion.

14. Class Participation, Certificates, and Group Confidentiality
Where a class includes initiation, completion recognition, or a certificate, receipt may depend on attendance, payment, participation, assignments, conduct, and other requirements disclosed for that class. Payment alone does not guarantee certification or initiation.
Group participants may share sensitive personal or spiritual information. You agree not to record, photograph, screenshot, identify, repeat, publish, or distribute another participant’s story or image without that person’s express permission.
Nurturing-Souls requires respectful confidentiality but cannot guarantee the conduct of every participant.

15. Conduct and Right to Refuse or End Service
You agree to communicate respectfully and follow reasonable safety, privacy, studio, class, and facilitator instructions.
You may not harass, threaten, intimidate, discriminate against, sexually proposition, touch without consent, disrupt, record without permission, misuse materials, or attend while intoxicated or dangerously impaired.
Nurturing-Souls may refuse admission, remove a participant, or end an offering when conduct is unsafe, abusive, unlawful, disruptive, sexually inappropriate, or materially violates these Terms.
When termination results from the participant’s conduct, no refund or credit is owed to the extent permitted by law.

16. Products
Any physical or digital product is subject to the description and product-specific terms shown at purchase.
Personal-care, herbal, spiritual-bath, soap, downloadable, and other opened or delivered products may be final sale for hygiene, safety, or digital-access reasons, as stated in the applicable return policy.
Product ingredients and instructions must be reviewed before use. Stop using a product if irritation or an unexpected reaction occurs and seek appropriate medical care when needed.
Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect deliveries must be reported within the period stated in the product return policy.

17. Intellectual Property and Course Materials
The website and original materials created by Nurturing-Souls, including original text, graphics, photographs, videos, recordings, manuals, worksheets, course structures, compilations, and branded materials, are owned by or licensed to Nurturing-Souls and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
A purchase grants you a limited, personal, nonexclusive, and nontransferable right to use the purchased materials for your own participation and learning.
You may not copy, record, reproduce, upload, publish, sell, share, teach from, distribute, alter for resale, or create a competing product from protected materials without prior written permission.
These Terms do not claim ownership over public-domain information, traditional spiritual knowledge, or material lawfully owned by another person. They protect Nurturing-Souls’ original expression, arrangement, branding, and materials to the extent permitted by law.

18. Photos, Videos, Testimonials, and Media
Purchasing or participating does not automatically give Nurturing-Souls permission to publish your name, image, voice, testimonial, session details, or personal story.
Any promotional use requires separate permission or a separate media release, except when use is otherwise authorized by law.
You may not photograph, film, livestream, or record a private service, class, participant, facilitator, or protected material without advance permission.

19. Privacy and Third-Party Platforms
Personal information is handled as described in the Nurturing-Souls Privacy Policy.
Booking, payment, email, video-conferencing, website, and related functions may be provided through third-party platforms. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.
You are responsible for reviewing third-party terms that apply to your account or payment method.
Nurturing-Souls is not responsible for an independent third party’s systems, policies, outages, security practices, or decisions, except to the extent responsibility cannot be excluded by law.

20. Website Content, Availability, and Changes
We may update, correct, suspend, discontinue, or change website content, schedules, prices, facilitators, locations, delivery methods, or future offerings.
Changes do not alter a completed purchase without the options described in these Terms or any applicable law.
We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and the website available, but we do not guarantee that every page will always be current, uninterrupted, secure, or free of technical errors.
Third-party links are provided for convenience and do not constitute an endorsement or guarantee.

21. Voluntary Participation and Responsibility
You choose voluntarily whether to participate.
Spiritual, emotional, breathwork, sound, group, and hands-on experiences may produce unexpected feelings, memories, discomfort, fatigue, or other personal responses.
You agree to communicate your needs, stop when appropriate, follow safety instructions, and seek qualified professional support when needed.
Nothing in these Terms requires you to continue a practice after you withdraw consent. However, withdrawal does not create a refund right for time already reserved, supplies already prepared, digital access already delivered, or services already provided.

22. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nurturing-Souls and its owners, facilitators, contractors, and representatives are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or participation in an offering.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, total liability for a claim relating to a particular purchase will not exceed the amount you paid directly to Nurturing-Souls for the purchase giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability resulting from conduct for which exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

23. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, or reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the website, unauthorized distribution of protected materials, violation of another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights, or material breach of these Terms.
This section does not require you to indemnify Nurturing-Souls for its own unlawful conduct.

24. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Before filing a formal claim, you and Nurturing-Souls agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the concern through written communication.
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, any court proceeding relating to these Terms will be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Richmond County, Georgia.
Nothing in this section removes any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be waived.

25. Changes to These Terms
Nurturing-Souls may update these Terms when offerings, practices, platforms, or legal requirements change.
The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Updated Terms apply prospectively from publication unless a different effective date is stated.
Terms presented at the time of a completed purchase continue to govern that purchase unless the parties agree otherwise or the law requires a change.

26. Severability, No Waiver, and Entire Agreement
If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
A delay or failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
These Terms, the Refund, Cancellation, and Rescheduling Policy, the Privacy Policy, any applicable informed-consent form, and any offering-specific written agreement make up the agreement between you and Nurturing-Souls concerning the relevant purchase or participation.
